It is vital that players are aware of network issues - whether it be their local network or issues on our side. In order to provide a better service and increased transparency, we have upgraded our Network Status Tool and launched status.ggnetwork.com.
As usual, players can click on the Network Status tool to run a diagnostic test of their local network connection.
This will open up a pop-up window. Simply click Start to run the test.
Then the tool will begin assessing the player's network status.
Once completed, players will be presented with a statement to easily ascertain if their network status is optimal to run our services. The interface has also been simplified and made user-friendly to make it more accessible to save and view the results.
To take it one step further, players will now be able to check the status of our servers by accessing the following link - status.ggnetwork.com or by clicking on the Status icon found on the top right corner of our homepage!
From this page, players will be able to see if their network is having issues or whether the issue is on GGNetwork's end. This page is updated whenever network connectivity issues may arise for increased transparency between GGNetwork and your players.
As seen in the image above, players will be able to easily figure out if their connection is optimal, or when there is an issue on our end such as when a maintenance is still running.
