We would like to congratulate ambassador Bryn Kenney for finishing in fifth place in the Super High Roller Bowl China event hosted by Macau Billionaire Poker at the Babylon Casino in Macau. Macau Billionaire Poker, which is a partner of GGNetwork, has brought the Super High Roller Bowl event for the first time in Asia.
The Super High Roller Bowl is an invite-only and unlimited re-entry event attracting the most prominent names and best players in the world, such as Phil Ivey, Phil Hellmuth, and John Juanda. With a hefty buy-in of $220K and a total of 75 entrants, the prize pool was the biggest of its kind sitting at a whopping $18,542,370.
One can quickly guess that it's not just about the monetary incentive to these players, but bragging rights were of greater importance. Kenney who is no stranger to the live tournament scene, in just his second Super High Roller Bowl appearance has once again made it to the final table netting him a cool $1,483,495 when all was said and done.
With this win, Kenney has climbed up the All-Time Money List into 9th place surpassing Phil Hellmuth and Steve O'Dwyer with total live earnings of $22,655,071. It's safe to say that last year's biggest live tournament money winner is just getting warmed up and off to a great start in 2018.
